Salon Policies

If you're a new or existing client and aren't familiar with our policies, please carefully read the following information. As a busy salon, we try our best to be as fair as possible to ensure everyone’s needs are met.


Appointment policies

Phone booking is our preferred method for scheduling appointments. Call us at 778 516 5100 to speak directly to a team member for a prompt booking. In case we’re unable to answer your call, please drop a message on our voicemail and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

We do our best to accommodate clients running a little late, however, based on the remaining time left in your appointment and your stylist’s availability, we might have to reschedule or shorten your appointment.

On that note, we as stylists do our best to stay on schedule. However, everyone’s hair is unique—so we may adjust our time to accommodate. If we know ahead of time that we’ll be running late, we’ll do our best to give you a heads up. We appreciate your understanding.


Cancellation Policies

We value our stylists’ time and always have a waiting list. Therefore we require 24 hours notice of cancellation or appointment changes. Any last-minute cancellations may result in a charge of 50% of the value of the appointment cancelled. In the event of multiple last-minute cancellations, a deposit may be required for future bookings. No-shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled appointment.

If you are sick, please contact us ASAP. Keep bugs at home in bed.

We know you have a busy life, and a salon appointment might be something you forget. That’s why we send out friendly appointment reminders through email and text. That said, sometimes due to technical glitches, our messages are not always received. So please don’t fully rely on our reminders for an upcoming appointment.


Redos

At Beauty Box Studio Inc, we guarantee all our services. In case you’re unhappy with any of our services, we offer complimentary adjustments. To receive a complimentary adjustment, get in touch within seven days from the date of your original service. However, any adjustments after seven days could be subject to either a product fee or up to full price of services provided. We don’t offer free adjustments on services from other salons. All adjustments will be performed by the stylist who provided the initial service  and all of them are subjected to stylist and management discretion.


Exchanges & Returns

We offer exchange only on retail products. Your product must be at least 80% full to be eligible for an exchange. No returns or exchanges on hot tools. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty if you have issues with your tool.


Waiting Area

We have a cozy little waiting area that can only accommodate a few people. We request you limit the number of people waiting for you during your salon session.


Children

Our salon has a variety of sharp objects and chemicals that can create an unsafe environment for small children. In our facility, children who accompany our clients must be supervised at all times.
